Where is my order?

Most items*ship by registered post with An Post in a flat padded envelope that will fit through a standard letter box. Letters are scanned and tracked, and may require a signature. You will receive an email with your An Post tracking number when it ships. Please check your spam or junk folders for this email.
Please be aware that as your item is shipping from Ireland, it may be subject to local import taxes and customs duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

SHIPPING RATES

Ireland

Postage is free in Ireland for orders over €99 and €5 for orders under this amount. Post is sent by registered post within Ireland.

Please allow 2 working days once your receive your order dispatch email.

NI

€8.50 registered post

UK

€14 charge. I use registered post to the UK as this is the safest and fastest way to get your new treasures to you!

Please note that shipping to the UK takes approximately 4 -6 working days.
Orders are shipped via An Post’s Registered Post and when your order is dispatched you will receive a unique tracking code. 

There may be additional delays owing to customs checks, and you may be liable for their charges upon delivery. 

European

€12 charge. I use registered post to European countries as this is the safest and fastest way to get your new treasures to you!

Orders are shipped via An Post’s Registered Post and when your order is shipped, you will receive a unique tracking code. Note that tracking is not always available within all countries, and accurate updates are dependant on your local postal service scanning the packet.

International Delivery

€13-€29 depending on your location. The total cost will be calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped via An Post by registered post, and when your order is dispatched you will receive a unique tracking code. Note that tracking is not available within all countries.

USA & Canada

USA and Canada orders are now shipped using UPS as the local postage and customs systems have become too unpredictable and are causing excessive delays.
