Users of this website must be over 18 years of age. Right to refuse service is reserved. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.

You are prohibited from using any content, design or material from this website without our expressed prior permission. You are prohibited from infringing on our intellectual property in anyway. Products may not be reproduced or resold. Designs and elements of all designs on this website are copyright of Andrea Mears. Copyright is automatic and protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000. Design is protected by the Industrial Designs Act 2001.

This website is hosted on Shopify Inc.
Origin
All items are fully manufactured on the island of Ireland. Materials and recycled metals are sourced from Irish manufacturers. Packaging is sourced from Europe and is from FSC approved sources. Please see our FAQ for more information on metals used.
Refunds & Returns
Please contact us in the event of requiring a refund or wishing to cancel an order. Returns must be requested and items must be returned within 14 days in the original packaging and unworn condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Items that have tags removed and have been worn
- Personalised items are made to order, and there is no return on custom orders.
Returns are generally made is in the same form of payment originally used to purchase unless an alternative arrangement is agreed. Returns will be made in a timely manner and once the item has been received back in perfect unworn condition.
Items must be returned using safe and adequate packaging. Use of a registered Postal Service is advised as we cannot be liable for any items that are lost or are delayed during the return process. You are responsible for the cost of returning items, and your or our shipping costs are not refundable as part of a return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Returns can only be requested by and paid to the original purchaser of the item, regardless of any third party arrangement.
Tariffs and Duties
Tariffs, customs charges, and duties are not included in the sale price and are the responsibility of the recipient. Duties and tariffs are not payable by customers who order and deliver an item within the island of Ireland. Andrea Mears Jewellery is not liable for and cannot arrange pre payment of any such charges, or offer any certainty around the nature or sum that will be charged in relation to international duties or other charges owing to any international government policies, judgements or decisions.
Accuracy
While we aim to ensure accuracy. Human errors and website glitches can occur, and we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Errors are corrected as soon as discovered.
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for decision making without consulting primary, more complete or more timely or accurate sources of information.
Images and video provided aim to be as accurate as possible. Differences in device systems and hardware may render colour differently, and we cannot guarantee exact colour matching. Media on this website aims to give an accurate representation of our products in relation to scale, size, proportion and materials. Measurements are provided on every product details pages. Changes to style of chains, closure mechanisms, and metal tone may occur owing to the nature of the raw materials used and changes to supply chain and availability of components.
Pricing
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, and without notice. We are not liable to any third party for pricing changes or changes to terms of service. Andrea Mears jewellery reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel or amend orders at an incorrect price, even after confirmation and even if obvious. Pricing is not guaranteed until dispatch. Errors will be corrected immediately upon discovery.
Good Faith Limitation applies to all purchases on this website: If a pricing mistake is "obvious and unmistakable" and could reasonably be recognised by the buyer as a mistake, we are not obligated to sell at that price. Product listings are an "invitation to treat" (an offer to receive offers) rather than a binding offer to sell. The contract is only formed when the product is dispatched, and not when the order is placed or confirmed.
Discounts & Offers
Discounts may occasionally be offered and apply for a limited time as set out by the offer terms and conditions. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively, and may not be combined or used in any other context other than purchasing on www.andreamears.com . Discounts and offers available through any third party or stockists of Andrea Mears Jewellery do not apply on this website.
